Hello, with Crucible is it possible to customize the workflow above and beyond what you have (individual, Agile Team, and CMM Team).
Our organization has an SQA oversight that typically is responsible for the verifying that the workflow was followed and closing the review.
What I'd like is to create a new role "SQA" that has rights to close the review, while the moderator & author don't have those rights.
