Is there any way to increase the connection (not session) timeouts in Crucible?
We are using CR4.7.3 FE4.7.3 (20191205143553 2019-12-05) running on local server.
Everyone logs in remotely over VPN. It works fine for all but one user who is more remote than others. When trying to view review diffs, he gets "The server is not responding" all the time. He can access other network files on the VPN without issue, so it does not seem to be a connection quality issue, but a connection delay time issue with Crucible when trying to load diffs.
