I am using Crucible 4.5.0. The issue is all of the time spent doing a review is not being logged. It seems to only log time when the browser has the focus. When doing a complicated review 90% of the time may be spent in an editor reading other files or diff tool or reading requirements documents. None of this time is recorded. Is there an option somewhere to log all time while review is displayed?
Hi John,
There isn't an option to log all time when you have the review up. As soon as you click off it, Crucible stops logging time, as described in: Using Time Tracking
"The time is added to your total when you leave the review screen."
You can manually add the time on the review toolbar, or via JIRA integration.
Thanks,
Ann
Thanks for the reply.
This is most unfortunate as it makes it difficult for me to use. I need to record the current time and elapsed time when I start. Then when done calculate the time I spent and add to the recorded time and adjust. It would be easier if I could make it not record automatically at all.
