Crucible is not able to send mail to Reviewers.

Hi @Sivarama Krishna,

So as to enable debug logging for the SMTP server you have configured, according to the Configuring SMTP you need to:

  1. Go to Administration > Global Settings > Server
  2. In the Mail Server section, click 'Edit config'
  3. In the resulting page there will be an option to enable debug.
  4. Make sure to enable it and save settings.

Then, it is just a matter of performing an action that should trigger an email notification.

The mail debugging information should be written into the FISHEYE_INST/var/log/atlassian-fisheye.log file, where FISHEYE_INST is an environment variable which points to the directory into which Fisheye/Crucible store data.

I hope this helps!

Felipe
