I assume that I can run FishEye as a standalone product, but since it came bundled with Crucible I feel it would be reckless not to ask this question.
We currently use FishEye but have never used Crucible. Is there any reason we need to keep Crucible if we have no plans on using it in the future?

You can use Fisheye without Crucible and therefore a license for Fisheye is enough. Does this answer your Question?
To add to Mirko's answer, FishEye and Crucible are two different applications that come bundled together. The features of either FishEye or Crucible are unlocked by the licenses that are used.
