Hi, I was hoping you could help me with 2 questions I have:
1) Am I right in thinking I should be able to commit a file with a message like this:
OR-97 this should fix it
And if configured correctly, that message will appear in the comments against issue OR-97 in JIRA?
I have enabled smart commits in FishEye and I have set up both an application link and a project link, but nothing is appearing against that issue. I have an old version of Mantis configured with an SVN hook to do the same. Could that be conflicting in some way?
2) Also, the widgets in JIRA don't seem to detect my repository in Fisheye. For example, my repository is called ITSSalfordSVN and it is running in Fisheye, but when I try to add a Fisheye Recent Changesets widget, I get this error message: The specified FishEye repository is not configured
Thanks
Richard
There were loads of things I had not configured properly.
Atlassian support pointed me in the direction of this link
http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Integrating+JIRA+with+FishEye
And, after carefully following each step, it all works now. And it's Awesome!
Hi Richard,
Please vote the ticket https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/SVN-460 to make the feature available in future.
Regards,
John Chin
