Cannot add repo

I always getting connection failed no matter what ways I tried. Please advice.

Steps:

1. Goto Administration from Setting 

2. Click on Repositories from Repository Settings 

3. Add repository button 

4. Fill info on "Add Repository" Page 

5. Enter "https://maob92@github.com/maob92/sam-ci" and password

6. getting a connection error below
