Can't edit Crucible user groups that are imported from Jira

L. Schimmel September 21, 2015

Hi,

I successfully imported All Users and Groups from our JIRA server to our new Crucible Server.

But now when I want to edit the groups (Add users), I don't see the necessary buttons.

Do you have any suggestions how to solve this? I added two screenshots of a group created in crucible and a improted group to clarify the issue.

Best regards

Hi Leonard,

External groups and users in Crucible are, in fact, read-only, which is why you can't edit your groups that come from JIRA.

That being said, in case you want to add new users to a group coming from JIRA, these users must be in JIRA and they must be added to the group in JIRA side, and then synchronized into Crucible.
