Atlassian plugins won't update after Upgrade

Support Tools Plugin <---- This plug-in has not updated should I disable it or uninstall it?

Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools <---- This plugin says there is an update but just throws Unexpected Error when trying to update. How should I update this?

Which log file can I look at to see what the cause is?

Hello @Chad DeShaw,

The Support Tools Plugin was replaced by the Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools pluging in the latest versions of Atlassian products, including Fisheye.

That is why the Support Tools Plugin was not updated.

Regarding the problem on upgrading the Atlassian Troubleshooting and Support Tools plugin, please have a look at the FISHEYE_INST/var/log/atlassian-fisheye.log to try and determine what problem is happening.

You can also try downloading the jar file of the latest version and install it in Fisheye via file upload as a workaround.
