Are there snapshots of the svn repo?

I'm wanting to fix the structure of our svn repo by removing an extra folder layer, however I want to make sure I can recover if something goes wrong.

Currently, our repo looks like this:
trunk
|--Project
| |--index.php
| \--<more stuff>
|--Empty Folder
\--Duplicate Folder

I'd like to change it to this:
trunk
|--index.php
\--<more stuff>

If there are snapshots, how can I restore it if necessary?

Hi,

You can perform a full SVN dump by yourself, using Fisheye Backup Manager (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Exporting+FishEye+and+Crucible+data)
