The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
What software do you use for this service and is there anything similar we could incorporate into Confluence/JIRA? I think it would be a huge asset gioven we have blogs, and agile activities that could all spawn a question, provide feedback that could result in a story, and so on...
Atlassian Answers is built on OSQA, an open-source Q&A platform built with Python and Django. The integration between Atlassian Answers and other Atlassian websites (such as support.atlassian.com and confluence.atlassian.com) is done by our custom-built REST APIs.
Currently Atlassian does not offer any out-of-the-box integration with Answers (or an Answers-like OSQA-based service).
