Release notes: 10/4/2017

We've just released 1.3.8 into the wild, so you may see a few changes:

New: Activity feed! Check out recent activity in your activity feed. This includes posts you are following, @mentions, upvotes, likes, and badge achievements.
- If you are logged in, visit https://community.atlassian.com/t5/notificationfeed/page'
- There's also a notification tray up top.
New: Slim & sticky navigation. Our new navigation stays at the top of your desktop window for easy access to your profile, search, and the new activity feed
Coming soon: Training and Certification collection
