Read our New Blog from Atlassian Founder, Scott: Reaching New Heights in Cloud

Good morning Atlassian Community!

As summer winds down, we’ve revved up at Atlassian with some major updates in cloud, announced just last week. Our founder, Scott Farquhar, wrote a great blog on the Atlassian Blogs page that summarized all the latest and greatest in cloud, all meant to support our customers' choice and security requirements.

Some of the announcements he talks about includes:

  • New premium plans for many of our cloud products with advanced features and support

  • New free plans of Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, and Jira Core

  • Discounted prices for academic and non-profit customers

  • New tools that strengthen control, security, and trust.

These updates are designed to meet our customers where they are and give them the capabilities they need to get work done, no matter their size, industry, or location. The changes will also improve the transition to cloud, and provide better data control and security.

To get all the details on the announcements and Scott’s on the benefit of the changes, read on at

Thank you,
