Community release notes for February 6, 2019

It's time for another installment of community release notes! We've got new goodies from our developers, our designers, our community team, and even our product teams this time around! 🎉

New: Brand new users now earn a "Level 0" badge; it's our way of saying welcome! Here is a happy little circle! 

New: Speaking of happy little circles, thanks to @Lewis Haidt, you could earn the Agile Corner and Elite Agile Corner badges. Read more about the badge contest here.

New: We launched the Atlassian Authors group! This group is for those who write articles on community. If you're interested in becoming an Atlassian Author, let @Bridget know. 

New: The Welcome Center now hosts a Community Terms Glossary and a Community voice and tone guide. Check them out!

Fixed: We fixed a bug that meant IE 11 users were unable to reply to questions on Community

Updated: the badge images on your profile are larger and more legible. Check them out by clicking your avatar and then View profile > Badges

Updated: The modal window in our spam queue is now scrollable. This only impacts our moderators but does mean we can deal with spam (and releasing posts that get trapped in our spam filter) faster!
