Welcome! This month, we’re kicking off the summer with a few very useful product updates and so many migrations resources - including an ultimate migrations guide, new migrations blogs and customer migration videos. With all these aids and resources, migrating to the cloud will be a dream!
And without further ado, I give you this month’s Enterprise Examiner…
This month, existing Premium or Enterprise customers using release tracks can expect a change.
Products on the bundled track will soon receive changes once a month. You’ve told us that you need more than 2 weeks to prepare for Atlassian changes in cloud. With changes now releasing on a monthly cadence, you will have a wider window of time to plan for every change and update that impacts your users. Admins using our products (JSW, JSM, Confluence) will receive final 2-week bundled changes on and after that, they’ll receive changes on the second Tuesday of every month.
The bundled track will roll out changes on the 2nd Tuesday, every month.
You’ll receive an email with a list of the upcoming bundled track changes a month before they roll out.
If you are also using a sandbox, those sandboxes on the preview track will get changes a month before products on the bundled track get them.
Available now, you can keep your instances clutter-free and performant with Data Center’s cleanup features. Our teams have been hard at work shipping product-specific features and new resources for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket Data Center all designed to make it easy for our customers to create and execute a cleanup strategy so they can continue scaling with Atlassian and maintain team productivity.

This fall we will be releasing the next LTS for Jira Software 8.20 and Jira Software Management 4.20.
Long Term Support releases are designed specifically for larger, more complex instances – ones that require significant planning and effort to upgrade.
In addition to continuing to backport critical security and product bug fixes, when architecturally possible we’ll also backport all other security bug fixes to Long Term Support releases throughout its standard 2-year support window:
Critical security bug fixes
Critical bug fixes
All other security bug fixes, whenever possible
We’re making it easier for you to identify enterprise-ready cloud apps with advanced security, reliability and support. Cloud Fortified apps are enterprise-grade apps that meet Atlassian’s cloud security requirements, participate in additional opt-in cloud security programs, align performance and incident management processes with Atlassian for maximum uptime, and abide by strict support SLAs (24 hour response time, 5 days a week).
