Interested in getting started with Open DevOps but want to get a better idea of configurations and the right mix of first and third-party tools for your stack? We’ve pulled together a guide that will help you set up a sandbox to quickly visualize the Open DevOps features and utilize them for certain use cases.

The guide will get you up and running in four parts:

1. Getting started: To demonstrate how to develop, deploy, and manage applications using Jira Software and various connected tools, our team created ImageLabeller, a demo application built on AWS that uses machine learning to apply labels to images. The guide introduction outlines the ImageLabeller architecture and walks through the setup of prerequisites.
2. Deploy ImageLabeller: You can deploy ImageLabeller with the CI/CD tool of your choosing. The guide provides detailed instructions for Bitbucket, GitHub, and GitLab.
3. Monitor ImageLabeller: Learn how Opsgenie integrates with AWS CloudWatch, Jira Software Cloud, and Slack to keep your team on top of operational issues.
4. Third-party and beyond: Explore more third-party integrations and how they integrate with Jira. Jira has integrations with leading testing, security, feature flagging, and observability vendors in Jira for Open DevOps. We’ll continue to make it easier to get started with third-party apps by adding them as one-click connections to Jira in the coming months.

I'd love to hear how your company or team are using these guides. Is there anything else that would be helpful for you to see? Let us know in the comments below!
