Thanks for asking those cool questions.

Here are my answers:

* How do you plan, coordinate, and make magic happen? -> We have a Project Central Jira project to plan projects, link DEV tickets to the projects. Projects have a status field and comments are used for the updates. For DEVs we use Kanban with Continues Deployment from the master branches.
* What engineering metrics are your North Star? -> Successful productions deployments per week.
* How do you turn ideas into impact faster than a weekend hackathon? -> We do user research to valid problems and solutions, prototype testing, deploy smallest features/surveys for a subset of users. Pretty standard approach.
