We worked with Wakefield Research and the founders and researchers of DX, an engineering intelligence platform, to learn about the state and effect of developer experience at global organizations. 2,100+ developers and managers answered our survey, sharing the points of friction preventing their satisfaction and productivity – and what they're planning to do about it.
