Hey guys, Jira user here in Central Iowa. Work for a software company based in San Francisco - worked in SF with them for about 5 years and recently moved to Iowa. We use Jira and Confluence, and have integrations into Bitbucket, Slack, Zoho Desk and use a lot of the add-ons. Currently using the cloud, but have also used a highly customized Jira that me and a buddy installed on an old Google Search Appliance in my garage.
