How to migrate from HP ALM to Jira (Test Management for Jira)

I am looking for some suggestions on how to migrate data from HP ALM v11 to Jira v7.x (we have chosen add-on "TM4J - Test Management for Jira") .

I am looking for some specific details on:
- What are the approaches (best approach) to migrate all data from HP ALM to TM4J?

- Also would like to keep the sync ON from HP ALM to Jira - TM4J for few weeks.

- Is there any sample migration workplan that I can refer to? This will give me understanding of the tasks/activities involved for moving away from HPALM to Jira - TM4J.

Did you succeed in the migration? we're planing the same can you please share with us what have you done with the HP ALM Business Components? had you succeed to migrate that to Zephyr?
