How to export a Project with attachment references

Hello Community,

We need to export a project with all fields and all attachments. The attachments need to be referenced to each issue, as it might be that this project will be imported on another instance later on.

As we are on server we cannt install an app or start a trial.

What do you recommend ?

JIRA's inbuilt , backup export and project import can be tried.

Else , I think there are thirdparty plugins - I find Configuration Manager Plugin best for this purpose.
