Error rendering WebPanel Rendering issue the header tool is disappeared

Hi Team,

every week we doing Mirror job that over run from the Production environment to the Stage environment.

I'm reaching out cause this kill all the header and we got errors and can't work in Jira stage.
I try to restart the environment and tried to restore the database but with no success
Please see attached.

Probably the issue came from plugin unmatch data between the environments
We fixed it by workaround we copy the plugins dir from prod to stage by rsync (remote sync command).
