Hi, just went live with Jira, ServDesk, Confluence and about 20 Plugins. We're looking for best practices for monitoring as much of the environment as we can. We're supporting 2K license on each now but expect that to triple over the next year or two. We have the ability for both advanced monitoring/polling with SiteScope and Synthetic transaction testing with MicroFocus BAC as well as the myriad of traditional enterprise tools to leverage.
Any pointers on what we should be watching to maintain maximum availability and performance would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, we're running on RHEL on SQL Server back end with High Availability on the app servers and have set up DR file/DB replication.
We're also establishing a baseline performance testing regime so we can contrast over time so any thoughts on key transactions that are demonstrative of deeper problems would be welcomed.
