I am using the CSAT plugin (Customer Satisfaction Survey : https://candylio.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CSE/pages/3152613/CSAT+Plugin+For+JIRA+and+Service+Desk )
My goal is to extract data on a xls file. From the plugin dashboard, the only way proposed is an CSV extraction.
I extract the file (csv) and I convert it in excel. But something is wrong with the CSV extraction. The field "CSAT Rate Comment" is sometimes cut by line break into the field, creating a new line on the CSV file. It seems that everytime the client using a "!" it is read as a break line on the CSV, and the conversion fail because of this.
Have you a better way to obtain xls file from the plugin dashboard ?
Create filter with the CSAT fields is not my goal and it is not a solution for us.
Is it a bug which can be fix by CSAT ?
