Setup jira in private network

we would like to setup jira in our private network premises. Could you please provide details about the one time purchase for a 100 user requirement including the price details.

is it possible for long term use since we are planning upto 100 users? Is it necessary to renew the licence every year?

Okay... That means I have to purchase 100 users licence and after  12 months it's optional to update. So that i can use it for long term
