Is this possible to run JIRA and BItBucket on same Data Center.
If Yes, please share the pros and cons for the same. Kindly let me know if it not possible at all. I can see architecture difference for both the DCs, performance issues could be there, licensencing could be the issue.

Licencing is irrelevant - you licence the DC service for each application separately.
The pros - it's one node to look after, instead of one per application. The cons - if you lose or need down-time on a node, you lose all the services running on it.
