Data Center: Upgrade log4j

The process of remediating log4j vulnerability found in the Atlassian jira software looks a bit confusing and will need your help to migrate the older version of log4j to the recommended version. The current installed version on our server is 1.2.17, and needs to be upgraded to 2.16.0 version and will need your help to do this. Please let me know if you have any question for me.
