We are in Jira DC v9.4.2. We have larger audience reporting for "Changing the default order for comments from ascending to descending",
But the behavior is not as expected, which is affected by a Bug JRASERVER-74275 & Suggestion JRASERVER-74191
- Issue with less than 10 comments is working as expected. Showing comments in the oldest first format
- Issue with more than 10 comments is not working as expected. Showing comments in the newest first format
Unfortunately changing the limit of comments with Jira 9.4 is also not working. There's another bug JRASERVER-74440 tracking this.
Is there any other possibilities to mitigate this situation ?
