Hey datacenter fans and container affictionados!

We’ve got some great news for all the ARM64 fans out there! Atlassian Data Center container images are now available for the ARM64 platform. 🎉

Whether you're running Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo or Crowd, you can now enjoy the power and efficiency of ARM64. And yes, you don't need to build own images to run DC products on Macs with Apple silicon chips.

You don’t need to specify the platform when pulling an image — your container runtime (such as docker, containerd, cri-o etc) will automatically pick the right manifest for your architecture. It’s that simple! Of course, pulling by digests/manifests is also possible!

We have updated all supported tags on DockerHub to be multi-platform, so you can just pull the images and you're good to go.

Happy deploying!

Will you also be making this available retroactively for all tags? As far as I can see, it currently only applies to Jira 9+ and not Jira 8.x or lower

@Remie Bolte no, existing pipelines do not update EOL versions. If a version reached EOL, we stop updating this tag.
