DC Helm charts new release - version 1.3.0

Hi Community,

The Data Center Helm Charts version 1.3.0 is currently available for all products. The changes are:

• Remove the unused Jira license value (#394)
• Add support for separate Synchrony volumes (#390)
• Update Bitbucket version to 7.21.0 (#396)
• Update Confluence version to 7.13.5 (#396)
• Update Jira version to 8.20.7 (#396)
• Update Bamboo version to 8.1.3 (#396)

You can upgrade the helm charts following our documentation.
