Atlassian End of Support Policy formerly known as Support End of Life Policy
With these updates, our goal is to clarify the language, ensure consistency across our documentation, and uplevel the importance of the shared responsibility model for Data Center products. These updates clarify and outline the roles and responsibilities of both Atlassian and our customers in maintaining security. It ensures that while Atlassian provides secure products, our customers are responsible for implementing security practices, such as timely updates, configuring security features, and conducting regular audits. This collaborative approach is essential for safeguarding organizational assets and maintaining a secure environment.
