Changes to our policies are live!

In January 2025, we announced changes to our policies:

• Security Bug Fix Policy

• Data Center Bug Fix Policy

• Atlassian End of Support Policy, previously known as the Support End of Life Policy

These updates were designed to align the terminology and clarify wording to ensure consistency across our documentation; see FAQ for more details. Here are some examples:

Aligned terms

Clarified definitions

• shared responsibility model

In addition to the updated policies, we released a revised version of the Data Center security checklist and shared responsibilities, including essential security recommendations.
