A new year means the opportunity to reflect on the past year and set yourself up for a a better year to come. One way to set yourself up for success in 2019 is to make sure your personal and professional Trello boards are up to date and free from clutter.
Review your boards. Are there any that are no longer in use? If so, then it might be a good time to remove them so that they aren't a distraction. Now that those are gone take some time to review your active boards, archive some of those completed tasks, and move those lingering "In Process" tasks back to the backlog or "To-Do" list. Evaluate your backlog, prioritize cards, remove cards that aren't necessary, and arrange your backlog so that it reflects your priorities.
Now that your 2018 boards are cleaned up, it's time to plan for a balanced, productive 2019. Consider what you want to accomplish this year and remember that it's important to have a healthy work/life balance. Don't overwhelm yourself with tasks. Set yourself up to succeed. Happy 2019, everyone!
