Thanks for the suggestion Rick! We have previously done workshops around setting up Service Desk, advanced workflows, JQL tips and tricks, and most recently reporting around JSD. We plan on tacklign SLA's and can work in JSD specific workflows taking advantage of things like "Approvals" in the future!
