I am trying to understand the question that you have here. Do you mean that you did not configured any password when you set up Crowd for the first time?
If yes, may I know if you have tried to check on the official documentation on the steps to reset the password here - Resetting Forgotten Passwords? If that does not help, it will be good if you can provide more context on this so we can see how we can tackle this concern. Thank you.
