I'm looking for expert advice on migrating crowd from 2.6 to 3.3 on new servers. Has anyone worked on similar migration please share your experiences with high level steps or links to documentations. Thanks in advance.

I simply used the export utility to get xml from the old server.

 

Then I followed the installation steps to create the new server.  When on the setup webpage, I selected 'Import' and followed the on-screen instructions.  All users were migrated.
