I was adding a user (we use AD for authorization) and was changing some groups ... i obviously added a reference incorrectly, and my number of users now is higher than my license. BUT ... crowd won't let me in to rectify the situation!
How can i get in?
I do not want to buy a new license that i don't need ... any help would be appreciated!
