Hello, I'm trying to install Crowd. While everything worked fine until the database setup, the database setup fails with this very long error:

The following required plugins are not available: [com.atlassian.oauth.consumer, Applinks - Plugin - Core, com.atlassian.crowd.crowd-sync-feedback, Atlassian LESS Transformer Plugin, com.atlassian.oauth.serviceprovider.sal, Atlassian Crowd Frontend Plugin, Atlassian REST - Module Types, Crowd REST API, Crowd REST API - Application Management, com.atlassian.sal.crowd, Crowd Monitoring Plugin, jquery, Atlassian Plugins - Web Resources - Implementation Plugin, Atlassian Spring Scanner Annotations, Atlassian UI Plugin, Atlassian Plugins - Web Resources REST, Atlassian Template Renderer API, Atlassian Template Renderer Velocity 1.6 Plugin, Atlassian Spring Scanner Runtime, Atlassian Soy - Plugin, com.atlassian.oauth.consumer.sal, Applinks - Plugin - OAuth, com.atlassian.oauth.serviceprovider]. See Crowd server logs for details. The setup process cannot continue until the problem has been solved. If you require further assistance, you can contact Atlassian support.

What happened, and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance,

Gerhard

Hello,

You can check Crowd application logs for detailed information as it says on the error but I found a very similar problem as yours:

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Crowd-questions/Crowd-Setup-Fails/qaq-p/1048247

Here they say it might be caused by wrong JDK version. You can check which version you are using. If that's not the issue I suggest checking the logs, since it's a generic error.
