Update Crowd License

Hi all,

I'm using Crowd trial and it was expired. I tried to get new evaluation license and updated it. Then it caused Crowd not to start up ( get timeout error/ ....).

Now, i've got Crowd developer license.

How would I update this license without login to Admin console?

I'd appreciate your help.

Hi Van,

That's strange. Usually changing to evaluation license should work to get the instance back online when it get's expired or with the number of users exceeded.

Try to create another evaluation license and if the issue persists, I believe the best would be to open a ticket for support.atlassian.com so we can investigate this behavior.

Hope that helps!

Rodrigo
