We have following scenario:
our sales team purchased an user upgrade for the license of server A (to 100 users). but the desired server to upgrade the user tier, was server B. is it possible to just swap the licenses between these servers to achieve that server B instead of server A gets the user upgrade by copy the licenses through the admin interface? Or do we have to contact the support to change that to the correct license?

Hmm.. I think you cannot simply swap license keys since all licenses are associated with a ServerID. Every instance have an unique ServerID.
So if a wrong license was upgraded maybe someone this could be updated either on my.atlassian.com or on Confluence or someone can make a license switch but for that I think the only way is to contact Atlassian Sales Support
