(REST API) How to list total member numbers in Jira application?

Hi,

I have the Crowd which is connected to Jira. I want to check members numbers in Crowd which has Jira application.

I know how to check all members in groups or application. But in this time I want to check Jira application member numbers via Crowd.

Main purpose of doing this I am seeing 350 users in Jira and 400 users in Crowd so I want to detect this 50 missing users via Crowd.

What is the query for that in REST API?
