Not able to login to admin page

when i am trying this page http://localhost:8060/admin, Iam getting the error below. Everytime i leave my repository to be scanned i am facing issues with login into admin Page. kindly help urgently.

Hi Nincy,

The error indicate that insufficient memory available to execute the process in the Fisheye, you can override the default allocated memory in fisheye. Refer to the following documentation on setting the FISH_OPTS to increase the JAVA Heap size.
