Is there a way to edit the default text on the login.action page for the Crowd Userface

I am looking for a way to edit the default text on the login.action page for Crowd's user interface. Currently the text shows:

Log in to Crowd console

I would like to change it to say something else. Does this need to be done using the AUI API or can this be done through updating files in the Crowd Installation directory?

You can change the text to look like:

In order to do so, you need to change the description of `crowd` application as follows:

1. Login to Crowd as admin

2. Navigate to applications

3. Select `crowd` application

4. Change description as on the screenshot below:
