Is the path after -keystore right?

For me it was -keystore ./lib/security/cacerts -file

That is a relative path that might unfold wrong if the software using it have another path in mind. Try to use absolute paths like /opt/atlassian/crowd.x.y.z/jre/security/cacerts will protect you from this, i.e goto the folder in the cli and type "pwd"
