Hello there,
When you create an account on Crowd and add that account to jira-users and confluence-users group, you cannot log in to JIRA/Confluence immediately, because that account needs to be synced up with JIRA/Confluence which by default is once in every 30 minutes.
You can manually sync directory information of JIRA/Confluence and Crowd, but it's a pain you have to do that every time you add an user.
Is there any way to sync JIRA/Confluence and Crowd whenever you add a new account?
Appreciate your input.
Regards,
Daisuke Niwa
After browsing jira.atlassian.com I found out this is not possible.
Following improments were suggested but not implemented.
