Integrating Crowd with Subversion on Windows

Our subversion works on apache 2.0 and OS is Windows. When i try to integrate crowd with subversion according to Integration Crowd with Subversion, i could not install Crowd-Apache connector.
Integrating crowd with Apache is not supported for apache 2.0 and Windows.

Are there any way to install Crowd-Apache connector?

As we can see in the documentation that you linked in your question, unfortunately this configuration is not supported for Windows and other UNIX-Like Systems, but maybe customizing this configuration but to do this you'll need some expertise to compile the C library and get it working.
