Hi,

Does anybudy know if there is a way to get the information that shows the Audit Log on v3.0+ on a Crowd v2.11 application?

I have looked at the documentation and I couldn't find nothing about where Crowd logs the activities.

Thanks!

Hi @Jesus Oros HTR,

If I understand it correctly you would like to be able to have audit log in Crowd 2.11?

The audit log introduced in 2.12 and later improved in 3.2 requires additional structures that were introduced in 2.12 and 3.2 versions. The historical data that is visible in audit log was not stored in 2.11 version.

To have some sort of audit log you could potentially try to use 3rd party apps that are available on marketplace:

I would still strongly recommend upgrading to recent version.

Do you find it problematic to upgrade? Maybe our support team could assist you with the upgrade? Or there are other issues that prevent you from upgrade?
