How to enforce full Sync between Crowd and Active Directory?

I've noticed that some groups are not reaching Crowd after incremental sync and I want to do a full sync.

It seems that I can only do incremental sync from the UI in Crowd. There is no option for a full sync and I can't find any article online on how to do that.

Is that possible?

Thanks for looking into this. I don't use the Azure AD, crowd connects to an LDAP server. The problem is that I cannot enforce a full sync and the article doesn't mention how to do this if the directory is already configured. But thanks again!

It is said in the documentation to have incrementation sync as the recomended option
