How to check your openid is ok when use crowdid?

My OpenID is ok: http://crowd.example.com:8095/openidserver/users/username

When I open http://crowd.example.com:8095/openidclient

input My OpenID: http://crowd.example.com:8095/openidserver/users/username

the error is :

Authentication Failed: Could not make an authentication request to your OpenID provider. Check your OpenID URL points to valid OpenID provider.

What's the problem?

Hi there,

I notice there is bug report raised in Atlassian, please see CWD-1841. Moreover, the bug was fixed in Crowd version 2.5.3
