In the configuration of a Crowd installation, the field for encryption type seems to not be changeable. On some of our older installations in the internal directory configuration, it says:
Password encryption: SHA
Is there a way to change this to a newer password encryption method like ATLASSIAN-SECURITY ?
Many other systems provide a way to change the encryption method used, by reencrypting the user's password with the new encryption method on the next successful login or password reset, or retaining multiple hashes.
